The concept
You host your guests for a dinner party at your home, and Ophir creates an intimate and customized private dining experience for the evening, giving you the headspace to be present and engaged with your guests, rather than worry about cooking, plating, and serving.
How it works
You and Ophir decide on a day and time for your dinner, agree on any changes to the menu, and share any other nuances you would like him to be aware of. You invite your guests, as you normally would.
On the day, Ophir will arrive a few hours before service begins to set up, lay the table, and prepare the kitchen. Cooking begins before and continues throughout the dinner and, at the end, Ophir will help you tidy up.
Discretion
Ophir respects the privacy of his guests, including their identities, locations, preferences, etc. Private dinners are intimate affairs, and any and all details of the dinners are kept under the strictest of confidences.
