THREE EVENTS TO SUPPORT FAMILIES SUFFERING TERRORISM IN ISRAEL
October 7 2023 will be known as one of the worst, if not the worst, dates in Israel’s history. Hamas terrorists broke into Israel and brutally murdered 700+ men, women, children, and grandparents and abducted over a hundred, including six-month-old babies, toddlers, and disabled people. The combination of the number of civilian casualties, the horror, and the events’ historical significance is an order of magnitude larger than anything in Israel's history.
Multiple non-profits are mobilizing to help those affected in Israel, but they need all the help they can get: people, supplies, and money.
I am auctioning off three private dinners for up to 15 people each, with 100% of the profits going to Magen David Adom (Red Cross), United Hatzalah, the Joint Distribution Committee, Latet, and Friends of the IDF.
Details:
Dinners will be offered on November 10th, November 17th, and on a Saturday in December / January (to be scheduled with the winners)
Auction begins Sunday October 8 2023. At 10pm on Friday October 20, the winners will be chosen: each date will go to the highest bidder for that date
Minimum bid is $3,000
I will try to incorporate recipes held dear to some of the murdered families to maintain their legacies a little longer.
